Custom-built for SEAPRO in Southeast Alaska, this 55-foot skimming barge is specifically designed for rapid deployment and efficient oil spill response. Unlike conventional barges, it can be towed at higher speeds, enabling faster transit to spill sites. The barge is equipped with an integrated LAMOR skimmer system and carries 2,000 feet of containment boom, making it a highly effective tool for environmental protection and marine spill recovery operations.
